Our Small Group PT timetable is designed to deliver a balanced approach to performance, strength, athleticism, and conditioning across the week. Each session has a specific training emphasis, allowing members to target different physical qualities whilst avoiding repetitive, generic programming.

Each class runs for approximately 60 minutes and follows a structured coaching format designed to maximise performance and safety.

Monday — FOUNDATION

TIME: 18:15, Monday

Strength & Functional Performance
Our Monday session focuses on building foundational strength, muscular control, stability, and resilience through progressive resistance training.

Using the Speediance Gym Monster systems alongside kettlebells and functional movements, this class is designed to improve:

Wednesday — IGNITE

TIME: 18:00, Wednesday

Power & Explosive Training

Unlike generic gym classes, our Small Group PT sessions operate within a clinically informed healthcare environment.

Each class is led by a qualified Personal Trainer who has direct access to, and works alongside, our in-house team of Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Sports Therapists, and Massage Therapists. This allows our training approach to remain evidence-based, healthcare-driven, and focused on long-term physical wellbeing, not simply high-intensity exercise for the sake of fatigue.

Where appropriate, our trainers can liaise directly with our clinical team regarding movement limitations, previous injuries, rehabilitation goals, mobility restrictions, or preventative strategies to help ensure exercises are adapted safely and effectively for the individual.

This integrated model allows us to bridge the gap between performance training, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and general health optimisation.
