At Remedium Wellness, our goal is to provide Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Shockwave Therapy, Dry Needling (Medical Acupuncture), TECAR Therapy, and Deep Tissue Massage Therapy promptly and efficiently to all our clients. To ensure this level of service, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate clients on our waiting list who may urgently need care. We strive to be flexible and will always do our best to find an appropriate appointment for you, even at short notice.

Please note the following policies:

Missed Appointments or Late Cancellations: If you fail to attend, forget your appointment, cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will be charged the full session fee. This is because we are unable to offer the slot to another patient from the waiting list in such cases.

Non-Refundable Deposit: By booking an appointment online or by phone, you agree to a 100% non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be forfeited if you do not show up or fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as accidents or emergencies, can arise. In such cases, we will consider the situation on a case-by-case basis and aim to provide a fair resolution whenever possible.

Our priority is to help as many people as we can return to health. By adhering to this policy, you help us achieve that goal by ensuring available appointments are used effectively. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
